OUR PHILOSOPHY

We are a small batch specialty coffee roasting company sharing our passion for coffee. Our ethically sourced coffees are hand roasted with a 5kg manual roaster to ensure small batch quality.

In an effort to support sustainability throughout the coffee industry we source high quality organic, rainforest, and in some cases, fair-trade certified specialty coffees from around the world. At the heart of our passion is a commitment to sourcing very special beans and highlighting their origin, unique characteristics and flavor profiles through our artisanal hand-roasting process.
